Ordering and Payment

Orders placed will be processed as quickly as possible. Payment by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or PO is preferred for UK customers. In this situation goods will be shipped on clearance of the payment (where applicable). The easiest way to purchase an item using your credit or debit card is by phoning us (024 7637 3581 or 07782 201571) between 17.30 and 20.00 Monday to Friday and 10.00 and 16.00 Saturday and Sunday. Outside these hours you can reserve an item via this website and we will then telephone you to process your card details.

Specific Terms & Conditions

Title of Goods

Until payment is received in full and has cleared, the title of goods shall remain the property of DWSUK.

Deactivated Weapons & Inert Ammunition

Unless otherwise specified, deactivated Weapons are supplied with UK Proof House certificates as evidential proof of deactivation. DWSUK accepts no liability for any subsequent modifications or alterations to the goods made by the customer or his agent. Inert ammunition supplied by DWSUK is not suitable for re-loading or insertion into any type of firearm; it is sold for display purposes only.

Credit

DWSUK does not provide credit facilities for retail customers. Subject to arrangement and conditions, certain credit facilities may be available to bonafide trade customers.

Pricing

DWSUK reserves the right to amend prices at any time up until the point of sale. Prices do not include postage and packaging.

Despatch

DWSUK will always aim to ship goods as quickly as possible. All goods will be securely packaged using appropriate materials. Unless otherwise stated, goods will be insured during transit. DWSUK accepts no responsibility for the actions of third parties contracted to deliver goods and is unable to gaurantee such services once goods have been despatched.

Returns

Where returns are necessary, the customer must contact DWSUK before returning any item. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item in the condition it was originally received. Customers are advised to use only insured services to return goods. Where an item is shown to be faulty on receipt or not as described, DWSUK will offer a replacement (where available), or alternatively a full refund. Where returns are made for other reasons (including the customer having changed their mind, etc.), postage will not be refunded and the refund may also be subject to the deduction of any credit or debit card charges incurred by us as well as a standard 5% re-stocking charge.

Due to the nature of the products offered here, all goods should be considered as second user unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. Please bear this in mind BEFORE ordering and note that refunds may not be available where this is the reason given for requesting a return and refund.
